The Centre for Higher Education Governance Ghent (CHEGG), a research centre established in 2013, seeks to contribute to the scholarly understanding of governance in higher education – at both the macro (system) and meso (institutional) levels. The Centre's research programme is financially supported by "Odysseus" programme funding from the Flanders Research Foundation (FWO). CHEGG is part of the Department of Sociology at Ghent University's Faculty for Political and Social Sciences.
